The Town of Smyrna now offers the Direct Debit Plan as another option to pay your monthly utility bill.  It works like a reverse Direct Deposit.  With authorization, the Town will directly take your utility payment out of your checking account on the due date (typically on the 20th of the month). 

Direct Debit may be cancelled at any time in writing.  Any incorrect charges will be corrected upon notification to the Town of Smyrna.  If corrections are necessary, it may result in a credit or debit to your checking account.

To take advantage, please fill out the Direct Debit Plan Request form and return it along with a voided check to:
