The Town of Smyrna contracts with Waste Management, a private hauler, to provide residential trash service. Trash collection occurs twice weekly, with an additional twice a year town-wide cleanup, where excess items are collected.
The Town charges $24.50 per month for these services. Most items will be accepted, with these exceptions:
- Construction debris
- Tires
- Hazardous waste
All complaints and/or questions regarding trash collection should be made to the Town Manager’s Office in person or by phone.
