Current rates went into effect on August 18, 2009. In addition to the rates below, commercial and industrial customers are subject to a 4.25% Delaware State utility tax on the total bill amount. A 2% utility tax rate is also available for manufacturers upon approval by the Delaware Division of Revenue.
