The Town provides services to about 4,100 customers. Due to the rapid growth in load demand and system requirements, the Town's electric system plans are regularly updated and detailed.
The Town has recently completed the construction of a new substation to help meet current and future needs. New primary circuits and other system improvements have also been completed, ensuring the system is reliable.
The Town employees are fully responsible for:

- Billing
- Problem resolution
- Maintenance
