  • 24-hour notice is required when scheduling inspections
  • Minimum of one-hour notice is required for canceling scheduled inspections to avoid a $50 reinspect fee
  • A $50 reinspect fee will be charged for all inspections that are not ready from a previous inspection
  • Inspections are required for:
    • Footings (before concrete is poured)
    • Sidewalks and aprons (before concrete is poured)
    • Close-ins
    • Certificates of occupancy
    • Sewer and water laterals
  • All contractors must be licensed with the Town
