2026 Disability Tax Exemption Application

2026 Fee Schedule

The 2026 Fee Schedule will take effect on January 1, 2026. For utility customers, this will be the bill we send out in February and will be due March 6, 2026

2026 Application for Manufactured Home Placement Permit Reduction 

Qualified applicants will receive a 50% reduction of the annual fee which will remain $100.00 for the 2026 year. 
Applications should be completed and returned no later than January 15, 2026. 
Payment is due on or before March 31, 2026, payments received after that date are subject to a monthly late fee of 10% until paid.

Town of Smyrna 2026 Operating Budget Approved

At the recent Town Council meeting, Smyrna’s Fiscal Year 2026 budget was officially approved. The approved budget maintains the current tax rate with no increase to property taxes. 
An incremental adjustment to utility rates will take effect in the new fiscal year to support the continued operation, maintenance, and improvement of essential services. 
This budget allows the Town to remain fiscally responsible while continuing to invest in infrastructure, public safety, and services that support residents and local businesses. 
The Town remains committed to transparency, long-term planning, and serving the Smyrna community.
